The robots are named after the two politicians, because both Uffe Ellemann & Mogens Lykketoft are respected politicians across party politics and because they both had a strong foreign policy agenda.

Uffe Ellemann fought a hard battle for the Baltic countries after the fall of the Soviet Union, as foreign minister he was at the head of Denmark being the first country in the world to restore diplomatic relations with the three countries and support them in the fight for independence.

Mogens Lykketoft was chairman of the UN’s 70th General Assembly during the adoption of the UN’s Global Goals and the climate agreement in Paris.

Both have always stood for decency, and are highly respected in their efforts to make the world a better place.
