As a humanitarian organization, driven by volunteers, we tackle a wide variety of tasks - and couldn’t do it, without our network of partners and volunteers. When the war began, we quickly deployed two team members to the Polish-Ukrainian border to establish a forward office.
Our mission was to build a network among local authorities and communities both in
Ukraine and the surrounding region, giving us real-time updates on the most urgent needs, which we actively work to address.
We serve as both a coordinating and executing force, ensuring that aid doesn’t just stop at the border but reaches the right places and the right people within Ukraine.
So far, our efforts have included delivering pallets of donated children's clothing from
Denmark to Ukraine, providing food to an animal shelter south of Kyiv, supplying first aid and safety equipment to those on the front lines, and training Ukrainians in first aid here in Denmark.
